At Inspirae Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of perfumes and fragrance products, we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund Policy. We encourage all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns

All purchases made through our website are final. Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal fragrance preference
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Performance expectations based on individual skin chemistry
  • Opened, used, or partially used products

No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any successfully delivered orders. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Try Before You Buy

We understand that choosing a fragrance online can be challenging. To help you make an informed decision, sample packs are available for many of our fragrances.

We strongly recommend trying our sample packs before purchasing larger bottle sizes. This allows you to experience the fragrance on your own skin and choose the scent that best suits your preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaking bottle
  • An incorrect item
  • A product that was damaged during transit

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photos of the outer shipping package
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to report the issue within 48 hours may result in the claim being declined.

After verification, and if the issue is found to be due to our error or damage during transit, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Provide another suitable resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been packed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perfumes
  • Perfume sample packs
  • Gift sets
  • Promotional items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events, unless required by applicable law
